All secured loans will be charged a $150 loan processing fee. All unsecured loans (except lines of credit) will be charged a $35 loan processing fee if loan is $2,500 or below; $50 loan processing fee if loan is above $2,500. Christmas Loans will be charged a $35 loan processing fee. Non-Commercial real estate loans and Share Secured Loans will not be charged a fee. APR refers to ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE. Quoted rates are the lowest available rates and reflect all possible discounts. Your rate will be based on your credit history and may be higher. Rates and terms are subject to change based on market conditions and borrower eligibility.
